Hi, my name is Liz Burgin, Associate Broker / Owner affiliated with Coldwell Banker The Property Exchange in Cheyenne, WY. I am a native of this wonderful community, friendly, loyal, honest, a hard-worker and known for creating positive experiences by providing professional service that is above and beyond expectations.
I received my Sales Associate license in 2003 and my Brokers license 2 years later. In 2013 I received my Coldwell Banker International Presidents Elite Designation and rank in the top 2% of my company. It has been a great 15 years and I am blessed to have met so many wonderful clients who now are also friends. Over 90% of my business is from past and repeat clients and have been told it is due to their needs/goals being met.
My ability to provide top service to my present and future clients is largely due to the support of my family. Through my family, I have learned to accomplish common goals and to value a good home and quality of life. I am married to a wonderful husband, with one son, two daughters, a great son-in-law and the most precious grandchildren, Addison Elizabeth & Myles Dean. Last but not least, I have a spoiled 3 lb, 7 month old Yorkshire Terrier named Lucy. We are an outgoing family and take advantage of everything Wyoming has to offer!
