Local background: I am a 4th generation resident of Fort Collins, Larimer County. My great-grandfather McClelland started the 1st newspaper with county-wide distribution, in 1873. The family name is well-known to many of the older ranchers and farmers in the region.

Once I transitioned from military life to the real estate industry in 1971, I began selling mountain land and cabins in northern Colorado. In 1974, I opened the doors of Cabin Country, in Fort Collins, Colorado, with the goal of providing mountain real estate services throughout northern Colorado and southern Colorado, and to this day we continue to specialize in the sale of mountain ranches, homes, cabins, & land.
