Proud to be a State of Wyoming Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1977, and Owner of Frankovic Realty, LLC since 1979. We (Frankovic Realty, LLC) is the oldest continuous Brokerage firm in Johnson County, Wyoming. Rudie L. Frankovic, my father, started the firm in 1961.

Today my 44 years of Real Estate experience allows me to represent Buyers and Sellers of Ranch, Recreation, Commercial, Industrial and Development Properties in every facet of the sale and/or purchase of said Property.

As the Broker/Owner of River Ranch Fishing & Equestrian Estates at Freedom, Wyoming, LLC, 92 parcels were developed and sold.

I am also the Broker/Owner and sole member of FRESCA, LLC. This company developed 118 Residential Lots in Casper, Wyoming; from the Land Acquisition, the forming of a Subdivision, to the Infrastructure Design Construction, on to the Residential Construction, and the Completion!
This process was followed up with the Marketing and Sale of the Final Home Sites in the newly created Caspars Crossing Subdivision, which now has over 100 new homes built to date!

Recently we purchased and redesigned the Shiloh and The Preserve At Fort McKinney Subdivisions, with 90+ Lots in Buffalo, Wyoming - as a 50% Partner.
Buffalo, WY has a seen a strong need for new/additional housing over the last 2 years, the Subdivision has been an incredible asset to the 1st Time Home Buyer, Up-Sizing/Down-Sizing, and the new Residents of our town.
