Jay Loving is a 5th Generation Texan, born and raised in the Texas Coastal Bend. Jay started a 36-year Law Enforcement career straight out of High School in 1985, retiring the first time in 2014 as the Operations Captain for the Ingleside Police Department. In 2015, Jay became a licensed Auctioneer and started his Auction and Estate Sale Company, Silver Star Liquidators LLC. He also became a Licensed Realtor and started his Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker DeAnn Harper.
Jay has been a lifelong outdoorsman and has a true passion for the great outdoors. He enjoys time equally on the water or in the woods and outdoor activities from hunting to hiking. Jay has also enjoyed the farming and ranching industry his entire life, helping his Uncle and Grandfather on their farms as a young man and then eventually managing his familys 1500-acre ranch in Central Texas where they raised cattle, goats, sheep, quarter horses, miniature donkeys, and exotics. Jay is still living the outdoor life with his wife, Cynthia, on their ranch in Fredericksburg.
Jays past life experiences put him in a position to help his clients. With a true servants heart and a desire to help others, he brings knowledge and the ability to understand his clients desires and diverse needs, understanding that every client is unique. As a proud native Texan, Jay embodies the spirit of Tejas. He believes it is not about transactions; its about forging lasting friendships.
