Thanks for taking the time to check me out. I have been in real estate since 1982, involved in a family real estate business. I personally work in residential , investment properties and land but we have other arms of our business, including property management. I have recently joined Village Real Estate Services that can provide you service all over the Nashville area and in Franklin.

I believe strongly in education and am constantly taking classes to learn something new. I have several designations.but then everyone does.I suppose my point is that I take my business seriously and helping you as a client seriously. I am not a listing or selling machine, and you will have personalized service from me and my staff. You will benefit from my many years' experience in the business,truly.

I do have a life outside of real estate if you care to know more............: I graduated from Vanderbilt in 1978. I paint and make jewelry for a hobby. I love movies, reading and travel. I love to cook and consider food and wine to be a hobby as well. I live in the West End area now and have always lived in Nashville. I have participated in many capacities in one of the oldest charity wine auctions in the country: L'ete du Vin which benefits cancer research and related charities.

I'm proud to say that many of my past clients are now friends, and they call me "BB". I choose to work with only a few clients at a time, and while very busy, I do not operate as a "machine". I do like to give personalized service.
