I have been in the real estate business since 1986. I love working with buyers and sellers!! I help people realize their dreams. I help buyers search, negotiate, work through inspections, implement repairs, and then get them through lending to the final closing with the attorney. As a listing agent I analyze the market to determine the best price that will sell the home in the shortest period of time. I put together marketing materials to share with prospective buyers. I also put together a marketing plan so you know what is coming next.
