She graduated from CSULB with a BA in Clothing/Textiles making creative costumes for her 4 children, (2 boys..well, now men..and 2 teenage girls) a real treat. Real Estate has always been a passion for Maria, flipping 15 homes herself, while also understanding and experiencing all different kinds of markets. She has expertise in the business world, previously owning 3 Kinkade art galleries as well as a coffee & ice cream shop. The skill set it takes to make successful this myriad of businesses allows her to not only be a savvy negotiator, but also creates in her the ability to adapt to the ever-changing challenges a real estate transaction requires.
