In my 36 years of experience in listing and selling real estate, I have acquired a broad knowledge of this industry in many aspects. The key to my success has been to listen to my clients. By utilizing this mindset, I have been fortunate to assist many people in realizing their dream of home ownership and has allowed me to navigate even the most difficult transactions to a successful closing.
What sets me apart from other Agents is that I have had years of experience as a NJ Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. I now devote 100% of my time as a REALTOR (Real Estate Salesperson). The wealth of knowledge I have accumulated as an Appraiser has benefited my clients in many ways. As a detail-oriented person, I am able to represent my clients with the best service I can provide and what they deserve. Communication, attention to details, constant follow-up, integrity, loyalty, trustworthy, confidant (sounding-board when needed), and marketing knowledge are my focus.
In addition, I regularly attend continuing education classes, real estate related workshops, seminars and tech classes. I find that keeping up with the trends of this ever-changing real estate market has enabled me to better service my clients. But, I am a firm believer in hands-on, face-to-face approach in conducting business.
