Robin Fox who started Solid Rock Realty is now working as a Broker-Associate for HomeBased Realty. He began his real estate career in 1987 at the age of 24 in a Northern California university town. He first trained and worked as a Realtor specializing in residential sales at large, locally owned firms. He became a broker and started his own independent company in 1997. Over the last decade he has consistently ranked in the top 3% to 5% of realtors for most closed units on his local Board of Realtors.
Robins expertise lies in the areas of lead generation and follow-up, sales presentations, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Having been involved in over 200 hours of real estate coaching calls, he has a wealth of knowledge to share.
He has studied the language of selling called NLP for five years and is equipped to teach advanced communication skills. He has been well trained in motivational and productivity techniques in many seminars over the years.
Robin graduated from Capital Bible College and spent two years as a church intern, and also has served as an elder/leader on a local church board. Robin desires to encourage others to prosper in all areas of their lives, and motivate others to reach their highest potential. Robin is a family man, married for 16 years and has three daughters; the family enjoys snow skiing and all outdoor activities.
