I founded my own Real Estate company in 1994. Before beginning my own company, I spent 8 years working in the Greenbrae office of what is currently Coldwell Banker (formerly Fox & Carskadon and Grubb & Ellis). In my first year at Grubb & Ellis I earned "rookie of the year" recognition with 17 listing/sales. In the following years I was consistantly in the top 10% nationwide for sales and listing production. My philosophy has always been to exceed my client's expectiations with each transaction. By following an unwavering set of values since the beginning of my career, I have retained the business of over 90% of my past clients with repeat business and referrals. My top priority is always that of my client.
I am a verified member of Top Agent Network (TAN), which includes only the top 10% of agents in the county, based on production results. Since 2010 I have been an appointed arbitrator on the Pro Standards panel for the Marin County Board of Realtors. Prior to this I served in an advisory position for Code of Ethics hearings in Marin County.
