Zach Goodyear serves as President of Village Real Estate. He specializes in selling historic homes and new condos in the urban center of Nashville, as well as multi-unit condo sales management where he has been involved in high-rise and condo projects such as The Residences at Broadwest, Twelve|Twelve, Rhythm at Music Row, and a variety of other multi-unit developments.
Crystal Hutton works alongside Zach as a licensed agent specializing in helping buyers find their place. She is an expert in both Davidson and Williamson Counties. Crystal is a Nashville native, born and raised in Williamson County and currently resides in Franklin with her family.
Chloe Killion rounds out the team by both managing the marketing as well as the contract to close process. In 2020, Chloe moved to Nashville from Indiana where she attended St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN, and played on the Rugby Team.
Zach has served on the Board of Directors for Greater Nashville REALTORS, is a past president of the Sewanee Club of Nashville alumni association, and was part of the Nashville Business Journal's 40 Under 40 class of 2017. He lives with his wife and three children in a 1920s bungalow in the Historic Richland-West End neighborhood and enjoys spending time with his family, taking photographs, and playing music.
