Yesenia started her Real Estate career working for a well-established Real Estate office in Medford, Oregon at age 25. Her real estate knowledge, great personality and bilingual skills helped her tremendously in the early years of her career. In 2006, Yesenia was faced with a great opportunity to move back to California, the beautiful Central Coast was her first choice. She came to visit once and there was no question about it, this would become her forever home.
That same year, Yesenia became licensed in the state of California. The transitioning period was not an easy one. This was the same year when the Real Estate market crashed. By this time Yesenia was used to change and her positive attitude helped her stay active as she continued to work in the Real Estate industry.
Yesenia has over 15 years of knowledge in Real Estate. Her confidence and self-assurance demonstrate that she is always ready to negotiate a good deal for her clients. She genuinely cares about the interest of her buyers and sellers and works hard to represent each one of them well. Honesty and transparency are two of the qualities that best describe who Yesenia is.
Yesenia does her best to follow Gods word and honor God in all she does. The Apostle Paul wrote, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving" (Colossians 3:23-24).
In 2010, Yesenia married the love of her life and planted roots in the small town of Orcutt. Today she is mother to three beautiful girls, 22, 4 & 2.
Prior to working in Real Estate, Yesenia worked in the Insurance and banking industry as well as serving her community working for the Department of Social Services.
