I am so excited about moving my real estate business to the Brevard, Hendersonville, Flat Rock area in beautiful western North Carolina. I have absolutely loved being in the mountains since March 2020! The natural beauty of this area is amazing and offers hiking, biking, kayaking, outstanding summer music events, local festivals and more. I love soaking up the beauty, peace and tranquility being outdoors offers. Currently I am working with several clients who are relocating to this area and other clients who are searching for their vacation home. I have owned a vacation home in this area since 2002 spending wonderful summers with my children and grandchildren. We swim in our community lakes, kayak on the lakes, the French Broad River and the lower Green River. We visit the goats at Carl Sandburg's home in Flat Rock, enjoy summer festivals and music events. Dine at the Rocky Bullwinkle's 60's style soda shop. Hike in Dupont State Park, Holmes State Forest, Pisgah Forest, and the Headwaters State Forest that spans NC and SC. The area has become a popular area and many people have or are buying property here. Call me! I would love to introduce you to the area. I am still working in Charlotte as I transition to my new home in the mountains. As a native Charlottean, I offer a tremendous amount of knowledge about the city, the neighborhoods, the schools, and all aspects of life in Charlotte. In addition to my expertise in the field of real estate. I have lived in an older neighborhood near uptown for over 30 years. Prior to my career in real estate, I taught school in the public schools here. This experience has proven to be valuable to my clients.
