A 1997 graduate of St. Wendelin High School in Fostoria, and a 2018 graduate of Hondros College in Columbus, Brian obtained his Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License in 2005, and his Ohio Broker License in 2018.

Brian has made the choice to be a Major Investor in RPAC, at the Golden R Presidents Circle level. This is his investment in consumers to protect their rights to freely own and convey property. RPAC protects things like the mortgage interest deduction, the National Flood Insurance Program, and has also preserved the capital gains exemption. RPAC supports issues and political candidates that support homeownership.

Additionally, Brian serves the Ohio REALTORS as State Political Coordinator for Sen. Rob McColley in Senate District 1.

Brian holds the professional designations of CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager through the Real Estate Business Institute); CRS(Certified Residential Specialist through the Residential Real Estate Council); SRS(Seller Representative Specialist through the Real Estate Business Institute); ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative through the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council); and GRI(Graduate, REALTOR Institute through the Ohio REALTORS). He holds the professional certifications of PSA(Pricing Strategy Advisor through the National Association of REALTORS), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert through the Real Estate Business Institute).

He is a member of the Heartland Board of REALTORS, the Toledo Regional Association of REALTORS, Ohio REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.

In December 2017, Brian was named 2018 REALTOR of the Year for the Heartland Board of REALTORS.

He has been commissioned as a Notary Public since 2000, and previous spent 15 years as an administrator in the public sector.

Brian serves St. Michael the Archangel Parish as a lector, and member of the School Advisory Council. He is an officer and former board member of the Kiwanis Club of Findlay (Board Member, 2016-17, 2018; Vice President, 2018-19; President-Elect, 2019-20). He also serves as Chair (2020) of the Advisory Board for the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce.

Brian is a 2016 graduate of Hancock Leadership, and a 2018 graduate of the Ohio REALTORS Leadership Academy.

Brian was elected to serve as a Director for 2019-2020 term for the Heartland Board of REALTORS, and a Director for 2020-2022 for the newly formed Northwest Ohio REALTORS. He serves in leadership with the Ohio Residential Real Estate Council, he has been appointed to the Advisory Board for the Ohio REALTORS Leadership Academy, and to the Executive Committee for the Ohio REALTORS. Brian is a member of the Legislative, RPAC/Political Fundraising, and Professional Standards Committees for Ohio REALTORS.

Brian has played trombone since 1988, and has bass trombone with the University of Findlay Symphonic Band, and the Findlay Civic Concert Band since 2009.He resides in Findlay with his wife (Dr. Katie Frederick), and their children.
