There are numerous, horrible property management teams in Santa Cruz, who just take money and neglect your property. My "hands on" approach means you can rest easy your home and your tenants are the best that can be found.Santa Cruz has a certain personality and charm that I try to reflect with all my clients, making you feel incredibly welcome in the community, showing you around to excellent food and hiking spots, and in general helping you turn Santa Cruz into a home. My close friendships within the construction/carpentry/landscaping/painting industries will allow you to get started on making your home the way you want it to be, either with buying or your rental property.Graduating from Cal Poly in 2009 with a Structural Engineering degree, I slaved in an office for 1 year before I decided to start working for myself. I headed out traveling and working for three years; in Indonesia as a Scuba Instructor, in India as a Structural Consultant, and in Chile as a Smartphone App Developer. When I came back to the US, I was passing through Santa Cruz and decided to make it my home. I loved it so much that in 2014, after numerous interviews and an intense decision process, I became a real estate agent with the best and most established real estate company in the area, Thunderbird Real Estate (biased of course, but true). Ever since, I have strove to add honor and respectability to Santa Cruz's despicable property management options, by offering a unique and customized service.I'm heavily involved with the Santa Cruz community, trying to form connections between all aspects of life here. I am currently CEO of Westside Bouldering, a community climbing gym.
