As a child, Carmen passed out cookies at her dads open houses. Growing up in Placer County, her mother was a broker and father was a real estate agent in Granite Bay. This early exposure to the industry uncovered Carmens passion for helping people and grew her knowledge of the industry and area neighborhoods. Right out of high school, she got a job as a real estate assistant. After working as a transaction coordinator, she became a Realtor in 2014 and formed the Gargani Team in 2022. After navigating multiple market cycles, she is a confident leader for her team and her clients. She has credentials as a Foreclosure Prevention Specialist, Certified Transaction Coordinator, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
