She wakes up every morning with anticipation of who she gets to meet that day and what aspect of real estate she gets to be a part of. Her favorite thing is helping families sell and buy their homes.
Tina tailors her service to meet each client's specific needs, and she's never afraid to do that little bit extra to bring about a smooth transaction. She listens intently, asks questions, and takes the time to understand her clients true needs and desires. She also takes the time to explain every detail in the paperwork, answers questions completely, and stays in touch, so her clients are never left waiting and wondering.
Tina came to the Memphis metro area in 1997 as a property manager for Equity properties . After falling in love with the area she decided to follow through with becoming a Realtor in the winter of 1999. She started her career in new construction and spent her first few years getting to know the business. In 2002 she moved to the retail side of real estate . After spending the next few years studying the markets she decided to add investors to her list of people she could help. In 2007 she had become a first time home buyer as well as and investment specialist. She stays up on all current markets as well as available loan products for her clients.
When not helping families follow their dream of home ownership or building an investors portfolio, Tina enjoys spending time with her family. She is very involved with her grandchildren and enjoys taking them swimming, to parks and spending quality time hearing about their adventures. She loves spending time with her husband , Joseph , on their back patio for a bbq or out to their favorite restaurant.
Her hobbies include extreme couponing, cooking, reading and volunteering time to help those in need.
