Using the skills and work ethic gained during his upbringing on a Black Angus cattle farm, Josh previously worked with Steele Realty reviving foreclosed and forgotten properties. It was then that he discovered his passion for turning houses into homes. After college and studying abroad in Brazil, Josh was looking to re-enter the real estate world deciding to earn his license and relocate to the beautiful seaside town of Oak Island.
