Before I found my calling in Real Estate, I spent 10+ years in corporate sales and account management at a little fruit company in Cupertino, Apple Computer, Inc. In the sales division of K-12 Education, it was our mission to open the flood gates of learning, experience and opportunity to every child in America by putting a Mac on every desk in the classroom! And we did it, along with riding the learning curve with teachers and providing stellar service and unlimited support. It was a great time to be there and share the new age of information. Ready for a new challenge, I accepted a position with the Ford Motor Company, Northern California territory in Customer Relations. Working with J.D. Power & Associates I wrote a training curriculum of process and procedures for the Sales and Service Departments to improve their client satisfaction ratings and retention to 100% for 12 months as needed to achieve Ford Motor Company's Blue Oval Certification of Brand excellence. Together we built a culture of continuous improvement to make the customer experience better in both sales, and after the sale service.
Real Estate is a different product but the skill set needed
