Hollys Real Estate career began in 1989 when she joined her parents in the family business. She has remained a top producer yearly since then. That same year, the Milstead family purchased a Coldwell Banker franchise. After 10 years as Coldwell Banker Milstead Real Estate, the decision was made to join a very innovative Keller Williams Realty.

As a lifetime resident of McKinney, Holly understands the inner workings of the community and uses her knowledge of the past and present to give the best advice to her clients. One of the many things Holly has developed over the years is a strong bond with the community. Being involved with many of the community initiatives is a passion for Holly. She has been a member of Rotary International since 1995, The McKinney Chamber of Commerce since 1989, and provided numerous volunteer hours and support for Habitat for Humanity and The Samaritan Inn. She is also a past graduate of Leadership McKinney and a member of Leadership McKinney Alumni. Hollys success as a Realtor can be attributed to her strong family values, genuine concern for her clients, use of state-of-the-art technology, commitment to marketing, internet presence, and a sincere love for real estate.
