As an experienced real estate professional, I have been successfully guiding home sellers and buyers through the sales and purchase of properties for over 10 years. With a proven track record of excellence, I have counseled clients and investors on the current real estate market conditions and trends, answered inquiries, and enrolled potential clients to receive relocation benefits if eligible.
Prior to my real estate career, I worked as a customer service manager for over 8 years, where I managed a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks. During my time there, I communicated with customers and military personnel to find and resolve outstanding payments and military contracts, trained new customer services employees, and developed new policies and procedures for the employee manual. I also operated POS systems, scanners, and computers, balanced drawers at the end of each shift, and provided new product information, effectively communicating with and supporting sales, marketing, and administrative teams daily.
As the Director of Relocation & Corporate Services at ERA Strother Real Estate, I managed a department with over 500 real estate closings accounting for over one-third of the firm's revenue. I led a team of over 25 top-producing relocation agents to implement and refine marketing efforts, which generated a 36% increase in home sales and increased sales volume. Additionally, I outperformed several hundred firms nationally in sales in services and was awarded Platinum status for exceeding goal metrics nationally within the Cartus broker network.
I have also been recognized for my achievements in the industry, having been awarded the USAA Eagle award for top sales, service, and mortgage from the USAA Real Estate Rewards Program. My focus has been on providing a communication link between agent and the client in regards to relocation issues, household good issues, service level agreements, and projects. I exercise solid business judgment while making decisions and addressing transferee/assignee and client issues.
