Hello! I'm Kevin O'Brien, and I am a full-time, licensed real estate professional. It is my intent to provide a level of service so superior that you will gladly tell your friends and family about your outstanding real estate experience.
A little about me:
I have lived in the Duluth area for the past 30 years. I received Bachelor's Degree at the University of MN Duluth in 1993, and earned my real estate license in 1995. My involvement in the community is very important to me. Some of my current community involvement includes being an active board member on the Duluth Police Foundation and a member of Port of Duluth Kiwanis. I am also a veteran of the Minnesota National Guard which I served in from 1987-2008.
My job as a real estate agent is to help guide my clients through their purchase or sale of real estate, and serve as their advocate throughout the process. I truly enjoy helping people fulfill their dreams of buying their first home, moving into a larger home, buying a recreational property or settling down into a smaller home for their post-career years.
I believe my education, attitude, and twenty-four years of experience in the Duluth market can help you realize your real estate dreams.
