So as a Realtor I hold my impact to a transaction to the highest degree. Its this reasoning I strive for ethical, efficient and quality service.
My true passion for working on behalf of a home owner truly shines when I have the opportunity to market, negotiate and provide the highest return of investment on a Sellers residential property. I understand the amount of work a homeowner puts into a home and I cherish their home when selling and marketing the property. But their is also no better feeling than handing the keys to a home buyer and I feel very fortunate when I have the opportunity to represent either the Seller or Buyer in a real estate sale.
I have a wide range of experience working in residential sales, mixed-use property sales, commercial sales, land sales, land development and managing properties. I serve Sacramento county and the surrounding areas including locations near the Bay.
