Harvey is the second generation owner of Valley Realty, started by his father in the late 1950s. He began his real estate carreer in 1977 taking the reins at Valley Realty in 1991. In 2006, he joinied the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise retaining independent ownership of the present day firm, Coldwell Banker Commercial Valley Realty.
Harvey, a well-respected commercial real estate industry veteran, has been active in the sale and leasing of Antelope Valley land, industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties including the analysis and brokerage of investment properties and utilization of IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, for more than 40 years. He has been recognized amongst the top 2% of Coldell Banker Commercial professionals worldwide!.
A native to the Antelope Valley, Harvey has been active in various community business organizations and also serves as a member of the Los Angeles County Airport Commission, a 10 member commission that oversees the operations of LA Countys 5 general aviation airports. A private pilot since 1981, Harvey was appointed by Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovich in 2009.
