The Carswell Family moved to the Magnolia/Tomball area in 1963, back when spring Creek Bridge was a wooden bridge structure.
Lisa started her real estate career in 1996. Carswell Real Estate Co.Inc. was founded in 2006 with the help of sons Justin Carswell (serving as broker) and son Brandan Carswell as an agent. Sandy Kutac has also been a part of us since the beginning.
