Stephanie is a California native, who spent some time in Okinawa before being transplanted to Moore County through a military PCS in 2012.
Over a few years, Stephanie and her husband went from being renters, to first time homebuyers; then they became Real Estate investors and landlords. She discovered a love for the home-buying process; from searching for the right property, to negotiating and closing the deal, to rehabbing an outdated property.

As a mother of two, and a PTA member at Sandhills Farm Life School, Stephanie is plugged into many of the resources a parent of young children might need. She has searched the area for childcare and preschool; she has participated in Stroller Strides, and a moms meet-up group. She has registered a rising Kindergartener in the Moore County School system. She has enrolled her kids in sports and activities such as soccer, t-ball, group and private swim lessons, triathlons, and running series. There are many resources that Stephanie has personally used, and would happy to recommend to local parents.
The medical community is dear to her heart. Stephanie has been a Registered Nurse since she was 21 years old, and has practiced full time, part time, and casual part time over the years in a civilian hospital, a military hospital, and at our local surgery center. You may still see her there from time to time, as she helps patients wake up from anesthesia, provides discharge instructions, and sends them on their way.
