Lori is a realtor, Army wife, and devoted Mom to three. After marrying her husband, she left the small Georgia town where she was born and raised and has lived in five different states and Italy (twice)! These extraordinary experiences have given her a wealth of knowledge in relocating, and the trials that come with it. Ever the optimist, Lori is always able to find the excitement in new beginnings and loves helping other families find the excitement that their new home will bring them!
Loris passion for real estate began during her first experience of buying and then selling her familys first home. She finds great joy in helping her clients through their real estate process and is dedicated to ensuring that their process is filled with wonderful memories for them. She believes in building strong relationships with her clients, actively searching with them for homes that exceed their expectations, and continuous communication with them to ensure that theyre always informed.
Lori is the subject matter expert in military moves! Having moved every 2-3 years herself before settling in North Carolina, Lori understands completely the challenges that are faced by service members and their families during relocation. She has helped multiple families relocate to Moore County from as far away as Italy & Korea, and helped with their sight-unseen buying process. Shes able to incorporate FaceTime video calls, video walk-throughs, surrounding area photos, and providing extra photos of the home to ensure her clients are able to see every nook and cranny of a house they want to make their home. Her conversations with her clients go so far beyond just the bathroom and bedroom count; she wants to talk about the kitchen, outdoor living spaces, what they like to do for fun; all to ensure that shes able to help find a house that will bring joy to the lives of the family within it.
In addition to helping you find your new home, Lori can help you sell your current house! She is extremely well versed in the real estate market in Moore County, and will seamlessly guide you through the selling process. Again, its not about rooms and bathrooms, Lori takes her sellers back to the beginning, and begins the process with why a seller BOUGHT their current home. Understanding what led a homeowner to purchase their current house will lay the framework for potential buyers, and Lori believes in starting the selling process on that same framework. She has a wide array of techniques and strategies that will help your home stand out against all of the rest that includes: staging, professional photography, 3D walk through, open houses, and expert marketing. While selling a home can be a stressful process, Lori works with her clients to ensure the best outcome in the selling process.
During her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, interior design, entertaining friends, and reading.
