Prior to receiving her Real Estate license, Liz owned and operated a clothing business that was very successful in the local market. In addition to her sales and customer service knowledge, she worked with TradeMark Properties in the association management division. She brings with her experience in contracts, budgets, management, and tenant/owner/landlord relationships.
Liz and her husband owned and operated three European Wax Centers in North Carolina and one in Miami, FL. After growing the stores and establishing EWC in the North Carolina market, they decided to exit and sell the business. During this time, she was a part of the franchise development, search for real estate, lease negotiations, construction, logistics and management of the 4 locations.
Liz earned a Bachelor's Degree from Florida Atlantic University for Theater and Education, holds a Construction Management certificate from Wake Tech Community College and has an active North Carolina Real Estate License.
