After graduating from UC Berkeley in 2011, Talya Hezi started her career in Real Estate doing property management for Greek Fraternities on the UC Berkeley campus. She generated the maintenance schedule and financial accounting for more than 30 houses. Talya finds residential property management valuable to her clients and has been doing it for the last 7 years.
As a Realtor, Talya shares her knowledge of property management with prospective buyers and sellers to help them make important decisions about real estate transactions. Her extensive experience with renovation projects, building codes, and construction management has become a key benefit to the clients who work with her.
A foodie at heart, Talya enjoys flavorful ethnic foods and bold wines. She is also an amateur beer enthusiast, having worked at some of the most well known breweries in the Bay Area. In her spare time, she takes her senior Golden Retriever to the dog park or hops in a kayak going down the Russian River.
