My name is Josh Conway, I was born and raised in Marion, Ohio the youngest of three boys. After graduating high school I went on to get a bachelors degree from Capital University. I spent time in leadership roles in the restaurant industry then in the office technology field. But I always knew real estate was my true passion and the family business. My father, who is the Owner/Broker of Generations Realty, has been a licensed real estate agent for over 40 years. My mother was one of the top agents on the Marion MLS for years. One of my brothers is a home contractor and the other is a certified home inspector and licensed radon mitigation expert. For anyone who knows our family, this comes as no surprise. Some of my earliest memories growing up were going to church on Sunday mornings then the whole family would hit the open-house circuit in the afternoon. This led me to get my real estate license in 2008. I think my past experience is what has made me so successful as a Realtor. Combining high-level customer service with today's technology gives my clients a superior experience and advantage when it comes to buying and selling real estate. I am not only an experienced negotiator who fights for my clients but I am also available 24/7. I work around your busy schedule. Buying and selling real estate should be an exciting time, not a stressful one. Whether you think of a question at 10 p.m. when you finally get the kids to bed or 6 a.m. when you wake up for work you can always call, text, or email me. I will respond to your question or concern quickly if not instantly. I believe in personally working with all my clients directly from start to finish. I never pass clients off to assistants or team members that they have to bring up to speed every time they have a question. My clients always have one direct link to me personally, no one else! When I am not working on real estate I enjoy vacationing with my wife Stephanie, watching Ohio State football, and snowmobiling with friends and family in the "state up north".
