Westin grew up in Berkeley, California, and has lived in the Bay Area his entire life. Having grown up here, he can offer his clients an understanding of the culture, the people, schools, geography, and anything else they might not be able to notice at first glance. Having lived and worked here all his life, he is strongly connected to a network of professionals all over the Bay Area and can offer his clients referrals for many different services related to the home buying, home renovating, and home selling processes. The many different neighborhoods and regions of the Bay Area can become confusing, as they all present different microclimates, but since he knows the area well, Westin can help his clients fine-tune their focus to areas that may suit their needs the best. This is something not every agent can offer.

Westin attended Cal State East Bay where he received his B.S. degree in Finance. Learning about Finance provided him the ability to comprehend financial instruments and documents that are related to the real estate lending process. He can help his clients understand these financial instruments and how they function in an easily comprehensible way.
Westin has worked in both construction and energy consulting each for several years and can provide insight on the best renovations that will produce the greatest ROI (Return on Investment) for his clients during home renovations or when preparing to sell their homes. Outside his work in Real Estate, hes been working alongside my fathers Title 24 energy consulting business since 2015.

In his limited downtime, he enjoys soccer, football, and other outdoor activities. Like most people, he enjoys good food, music, dancing, and staying active in the gym. His ultimate passion, though, is providing the best service available for those who can use what he knows in the areas of finance and real estate to create better financial lives for themselves. He wants to be an invaluable asset to your team.
