I have worked as a licensed full-time real estate agent for over 20 years and handle a variety of real estate purchases and sales including single family residence, condos, townhouses, mobile/manufactured homes, land and even a business or two.
I started my career working extensively with a top producing listing agent and a top producing buyers agent as a real estate assistant for almost 2 years before venturing out on my own. I have worked all over southern California which greatly widens my selling knowledge and territory. Some of those areas are Kern County, lower Ventura County, San Fernando County, parts of San Bernadino County and all of the Antelope Valley.
I an experienced with short-sale and reo transactions and have over 8 years of property management experience.
I have a degree in photojournalism and worked for a newspaper while attending college. I continue my education by taking classes that interest me and of course I also regularly attend real estate classes and seminars.
I believe in giving back to the community and people that support me. I am an active member of the Kern Desert Search and Rescue Unit, California City DIRT and CERT.
I am also a current member of LACDECERT which is part of Los Angeles County Large Animal Rescue. That group helps evacuate and care for large animals in times of natural disaster such as our Southern California fires.
I have been an avid equestrian for over 20 years now and have owned my horse, Wendy, for 17 of those years. Wendy is beautiful running quarter who is wonderful with people and other animals. Together, we are past members of Marshall Canyon Mounted Assistance Unit.
I also love auto racing and raced dwarf cars for a few years.
