A creative problem solver with a client-first attitude, Zac Brown brings a wealth of experience to his role as a real estate professional. His grandfather, who owned a construction company, and his parents, who fixed and flipped homes, gave Zac early exposure to the market in and around San Diego, where hes lived all of his life. Zacs family also gave him a passion for real estate, and his mother is an agent in San Diego. Whether his clients are buying or selling, hes driven to help them make decisions that suit their families and their futures.
Zac began his career in banking and most recently built success as a commercial banker through a reputation for transparency, commitment, honesty, generosity, competence, and clear communication. Zacs banking background is perhaps his best asset, as it taught him how to understand changes in the financial markets, pay attention to the details, build lasting client relationships, and remain forward-thinking.
Buying his first home was a fulfilling experience, and it helped inspire his career change. It also provided Zac with insight into the importance of a home purchase for a family, as well as the hard work that goes into making that purchase a reality. Additional experience remodeling multiple homes of his own has given Zac the ability to see a propertys full potential, and he loves helping his buyers find the home of their dreams.
Zac is married to his high school sweetheart, and they enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with their dog. Zac is an avid sports fan and is always plugged in to the latest sports news. When hes not watching a game, youre likely to catch Zac on the golf course working on his swing.
