Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 2013 representing buyers and sellers in the Bay Area. My wife and I sold our home of 27 years in 2020 and now enjoy the natural beauty of Nevada County. Our new home in Grass Valley even has a small vineyard of Syrah grapes to attend to, which I have discovered is a lot of work! The home values here are more realistic than the Bay Area, and I really do not miss the congested freeways!
