John Shaw is the Broker/Owner of Susanville Real Estate. He has been a Realtor for over 30 years. John has twice served as the President for the Lassen Association of Realtors and has been a Director on the Lassen County Association of Realtors for over 20 years. He currently is on the board for the Historic Uptown Susanville Association and the Diamond Mountain Mens Club. John is also known as an "expert in his field" and has taught, Real Estate Principles, Business Law and Real Estate Finance courses at Lassen Community College.
John Shaw gained experience in managing and selling REO's in the 1980's and has trained his agents in this field of real estate. Currently 70% or more of our business are REOs; listing and selling and a growing number of short sale listings are currently coming in.
John Shaw also has a property management division at the office. He has managed as many as 250 properties at one time; currently that number is 75 properties.
John Shaw has handled many commercial real estate sales and leases throughout the years and is currently working on a number of commercial properties.
