Born and raised in the wild housing market of Austin, TX. My dad owned his own Real Estate company, and I loved every aspect of the industry. I randomly decided to move to the Panhandle in 2010 to go to college. While I was getting my Finance & Marketing degree at West Texas A&M I worked in the financial industry. After eight years I decided to make the switch to Real Estate. It has been the best decision. I am now four years into my career, and I have created relationships with my clients that can't be broken. Purchasing a house is one of the biggest financial decisions you can make and with that comes big emotions. I am with them every step of the way. I have built my business on communication, knowledge, and collaboration.
Communication: Being able to get in touch with someone is very important. I am very responsive 24/7. If I am not able to take a call, I always communicate my time frame for being able to respond.
Knowledge: I am constantly taking classes and continuing my education so I can be on top of the industry. I have also received my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Certification and my E-Pro Certification.
Collaboration: Real Estate transactions are not just between buyers/sellers/ and agents. You have a lot of other parties involved like inspectors, title agents, lenders, appraisers, etc. I put a big effort on nurturing and keeping open lines of communication with those relationships so everything can run smoothly.
Within my three years of business, I have also been given the Agent of the Year award for 2021, 2022, and 2023. I was also given the Top Rated Customer Satisfaction Award with my brokerage. Those are both awards that I am very proud of, because it falls in line with how I run my business.
