Hi, I'm Greg Holthaus with Coldwell Banker Prime Realty I am currently living in Herrin, IL, with my two children. First and foremost I love being a father! When I'm not coaching ball or going bowling I am out selling real estate with my team. I have a full time assistant with a buyer and seller agent, and transaction management coordinator. I started my career in real estate as a private developer, builder and landlord. I took these skills to a new level in 2010 when I started Coldwell Banker Prime Realty and S.I. Property Management so that I could share all the things I have learned both with success and some failures, to help those to gain access to what I know, and to learn what not to do from home buying, selling and investments. I aim to please and as the owner, Managing Broker and team leader, top notch customer service is key for me. I will show you in little time why you want to work with us.
