Kim has developed a passion for real estate throughout many moves as a US Army spouse that included 7 moves in 17 years. Kim had purchased several rental properties along the way. While stationed in Kansas in 2019, she decided to receive her real estate license. East Tennessee is where she and her husband have decided to end their journey with the Army and plan to stay here indefinitely. Kims interest include her Corgis and horses.
