I am the broker in charge at Prism Properties & Development and have been named Americas Top 100 Agent since 2021 and a Five-Star Professional Award winner for 12 consecutive years. I am also a Certified Military Relocation Specialist (CMRS) and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). I am licensed in the Carolinas to fulfill your buying and selling needs for a primary home, vacation residence, or investment property. I grew up in Central NJ and after high school I moved to Northern NJ where I was bartending in NYC. In 2001 my roommate at the time decided she wanted to purchase her first home so I told her I would get my real estate license and help her do that. This made me discover my passion for real estate. From that moment on, I have been able to help people realize the dream of home ownership and help inventors build their portfolio. I joined a firm and started selling real estate in Hoboken and the rest of the Hudson County area of NJ.
After moving to Charlotte in 2004, I met fellow broker, Brian Simpson, which began our personal and professional journey together. We just celebrated our 16 years of marriage and 14 years of starting Prism Properties & Development. During this time we also raised our wonderful 3 daughters. I enjoy camping, traveling, cruising, theatre, watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and most of all, time with our grandson.
Prism Properties & Development is staying ahead of the real estate boom by opening a third office in Locust, NC in the spring of 2024. This will help buyers who are moving to this growing area find the home of their dreams. Currently PPD operates in Matthews and the Carolina Coast.
