I am in the unique position to be able to assist people with not only with buying a home, the sale of their home, but also the sale of the contents of their home through an estate sale, including but not limited to; antiques, furnishings, clothing, artwork, collectibles, cars. From everyday useable items to high-end couture.
I have been active in the local real estate market as a licensed Realtor for 30 years and a lifetime of experience in antiques and collectibles.
Most of my business is from referrals; I work very hard to deliver what I exactly what I promise and since most of my customers have tight deadlines, it is vitally important do just that.
Who can use my services? Estate Sales used to be associated with the passing of a loved one. Today, the definition is more fluid: Second marriages and merging households, downsizing to senior housing or assisted living usually puts people in the position of having real estate and personal belongings that need to be liquidated. This is my niche and Id be happy to personally meet with you and discuss your needs.
