Patricia McGowan has served countless families and individuals through making the biggest decisions of their life the purchase or sale of a new home. She placed #1 among the elite Oak Park Board of Realtors in 2004, 2006, 2007 and in 2008 when she broke all previous sales records and closed over 42 million in yearly sales. She has been recognized by her peers and received numerous awards for outstanding achievement over the years. She has served on the Board of Directors and was a Commissioner on the Community Relations Committee of the Village of Oak Park for three consecutive terms.
Patricia, a long term resident of Oak Park, restored a turn of the century Victorian in the center of town, and have raised two daughters in the community. When not selling Real Estate, Patricia spends her time traveling both locally and abroad, and gardening.
