We were looking for houses, not to really buy a house. But after viewing our first house, Logan explained all the steps and possibility of buying a house. She gave no pressure and after talking with her for about 10 minute, we knew we were going to buy the house. We worked with her partner, and in less than 30 house, we closed the deal and actually purchased our first home. Logan and her partner responded to our emails, text and calls on spot and never ignored our questions. Some may say buying a house is the hardest thing to do, but personally I thought it was one of the easiest thing I've done in terms of paperwork. Even after buying the home, Logan and her partner frequently contacted us to see if we were OK. Excellent agent, and I will be sure to recommend her to my friends, not to mention that I'll be contacting her to help us buy our 2nd home when we are ready.
