We were grateful to work with Angela Savage during the sale of our long-time home. From our first meeting over a year ago, to listing in October 2022, and close of escrow December 2022, Angela was professional, knowledgeable, and readily available to answer our many questions. Market Expertise - The main reason we went with her was she is an expert in the local area and had a great marketing plan for us and by also having multiple Open Houses she was able to connect with many potential buyers.
Responsiveness - She was always quick to answer a text or call and took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had.
Negotiation Skills - We were impressed with her toughness in fighting for our asking price and noting the strengths of the property and location. She used good strategy and allowed us to minimize conceding to the buyer's many requests for repairs.
Professionalism & Communication - She worked with us and the corporate relocation company in a true professional manner and got things done.

Overall, we did not have a great experience with Angela. Her responses were often vague and unhelpful as we tried to sell our home. We had two buyers fall through and Angela seemed to minimize any concerns we had. We ended up taking a lower offer than we would have liked because we were told we could close quickly by our agent. That turned out not to be true. There was little communication and she did not advocate for us well. For example, we had our buyers moving in before we had moved out per our contract. Selling our home was a poor experience overall and I would not recommend Steinbeck realty.
