I have been trying to sell my property for 4.5 years. Autumn Ritz was my 4th realtor. She was able to generate a LOT of traffic, 5x more that the other 3 realtors combined. Despite all of that and difficulties for buyers to get financing, Autumn was able to get out the gorilla glue and make a deal stick. She had the house sold and through closing in 5 months. As I was out of state most of the time, I relied heavily on Autumn to suggest repairmen to take care of problems that showed up during the inspection/ due diligence time. And I am so appreciative of the help she offered in the form of advice for staging, landscaping, and all of the other questions I had like when to turn off the electricity.
