It was an absolute pleasure working with Kris on my first home purchase. With me being Active Duty military and transferring to Texas, I needed someone who understood the military lifestyle and could deliver a deal from afar. Kris will do that for you and beyond. Extremely responsive in communications and helps you through every step of the process. He advocates for you during deals and makes sure you have all the information necessary to make the best possible decision for you and your family. If you are looking for a Real Estate agent in the Texas area, I can't recommend Kris enough.

Im not typically the reviewer type but Kris deserves it. This is long but worth the read. We are moving across country for a military PCS and needed to sell our home here and purchase in TX, have 2 toddlers and both work full time so needless to say it was a daunting task. We found Kris through a Facebook page for military families and I decided to give him a call. We could not be happier with our decision to have Kris represent us. He listened to what we wanted, sent dozens of recommendations within our requirements (which changed often) and ran all over town doing virtual viewings for us since we couldnt be there in person. He provided his feedback on homes from a buyers standpoint rather than an agent and even actually suggested us away from homes that we really liked in images because of things he saw and just really advised on what was best for us rather then best for an agent and I really trusted him as a result. When we finally were ready to make an offer he negotiated with the other agent and after 2 or 3 phone calls, and some reasonable compromises the deal was done and we absolutely felt like it was a win for us. Could not recommend Kris any more highly. As a millennial home buyer, everything involving real estate is awful for our generation, Kris made this experience really easy. Call him, believe me you wont regret it.
