Definitely 2020 was a strange yr, And it was the year to change for Ashlie and I. We rented for a long time, and the last landlord made us make the decision to stop renting that much easier, and stop wasting money on a place you cant own, or for that matter not allowed to really do much anyways.

Lacey helped us in the first time home buying journey. We took her though several county's and towns. At all times of the day. Looking at homes in our price range and needs that we would be happy to call our new home. Lacey worked with us around our work schedule's to go look at homes. No matter where they were. I think at times we were more annoyed/frustrated about looking at all these homes and them not turning out.

It was however a push to find a place for us. And Lacey was vary helpful with questions and her thoughts. So after several months of looking around and attempts of buying a home that didn't work out. We did finely find a place that was in out price range and pretty close to what we were looking for that we wanted to call Home.

Finely we did find the home we were looking for and Lacey was super helpful with the questions we had, and being a new home buyer we had a lot of them. She was more than helpful answering questions, and finding out info we needed to continue on with the home closing process. Vary helpful from the start to the end. Lacey is vary knowledgeable in the home buying process!!!! She defiantly took the new home buyer stress down! Evon the times where I lost sleep over questions. After I asked her the questions. I slept a lot better being a new home buyer and her having the answers to my questions.

I would definitely recommend Lacey to anyone who's looking to buy there first home or there 5th home. If you were to sell your home I would recommend as well. Definitely represents you well. If we were to ever sell. Lacey would be the first person I would call to sell my home. If that would ever happen!!!
