I was so lucky to find Michael when I did. He helped me from the decision to put my condo on the market to his wife's finishing touches. We have just bought a property and were really lucky to be guided through the process by wonderful Realtor Michael Thomas. We have tried several different real estate agents before, but were not happy... until we met Michael Thomas. This individual is a pure professional, extremely educated, and made the whole process stress-free and successful. Michael has conducted tremendous work and was always available for us whenever we needed his help. We have never felt 'left behind at any point. He was even working during his vacation and days off, day and late night! Michael anticipated every step and was extremely proactive. Overall feeling we have gotten is that we were working with real profession. However, we have never felt that he pushed us for something. Michael always had a plan of action. At the beginning he showed us numerous properties in a effective way, to make sure we find what we really wanted. After we found one, he walked us through every step and what was amazing about him (among other professional characteristics), Michael has an ability to explain complicated things and processes in a simple and user-friendly way which is crucial. He made every effort to ensure not just a successful result, but also a complete understanding from our side. While previous Realtor were saying oh, it is too complicated and etc. We have never heard it from Michael. He made the whole process as a pleasant experience, so pleasant that it was even sad that it was over when we got the keys! We wanted to work more with him. There were no time that Michael was hesitant about something, or unsure. He is a true professional, as we said before. We highly, without even a tiny doubt, recommend Michael Thomas to anyone!
