I've worked with Kate for years and she has always been there to answer questions and guide us through scenarios regarding my home(s). We were able to collaborate with her and her team, namely Angela, and find a seller that was serious about moving forward with contracts that we considered fair market value. She is an excellent communicator and down to earth regarding the real talks around the industry, as well as, the market drivers that have come and gone over the decades. Lastly she is highly knowledgeable regarding "in-town" and "rural" types of properties. In the Youngstown area this is greatly beneficial so as to give both buyers and sellers a realistic idea of what raw land country homes have to offer, or perhaps the rental capacity of a condo near the more metropolitan districts.
