I liked her profile and experience and the wording describing the agency and what they offered. I liked the information that was given on the website. It provided me a better insight of the agents and their knowledge. I picked Terry. I liked her profile and smile best, and when she called, we just clicked and she "got" what I needed. She was efficient and got me the information immediately. I could always reach her. She never rushed me and she made herself available to me at anytime. She didn't know me at all and still treated me like royalty. I was and still am impressed with how Terry treats her clients. She is wonderful and really goes to bat for them. As I said earlier, each of these words describes Terry to a tee! The first time I called her, I asked for information on Southern Pines and two days later I had the greatest package of magazines, newspapers, maps, and pamphlets in my mailbox. That information (in a timely manner) was fabulous and sold me on the area and on Terry. She followed up with a phone call and answered all kinds of questions and then I called her back and set up an appointment to look at homes. She is the nicest person you will meet.

There were some post closing issues (not with Terry) that I figured I was on my own to try to resolve. She stepped in and got them handled.
Do not hesitate calling Terry. She knows her stuff. You'll enjoy working with her. I never, ever felt pressured to buy something. I never felt that she was focusing on her commission vs what was important to me.

Terry helped us buy our house when we moved to the area and our experience was such that there was no other choice to be made when choosing a realtor, Terry was the only choice. I should say we are Canadian and were a little concerned not being in the country to sell the house. Our house sold in two days I don't think much else could be said about our experience.
