I was truly blessed to have Caroline for my realtor!! I lost my Grandmother, whom was one of my best friends. After her passing, I inherited her home in West Plymouth. When I speak to anyone about their experience of buying and selling a home, every story is different. There are so many facets at play, something may not be up to code, a house may need a new roof, a septic system failed, or there are issues with financing. Although I have friends and family that are in the business, when it came time to sell our home of 22 years, we chose to list it with Caroline. Through chance, after many years of searching online for the house that both my wife and I agreed on, we found the house we wanted. Caroline was the showing agent, and we told her our situation. We were on the fence for many years about moving, our only experience with the process was our own, some TV shows and stories friends had told us, and didnt want to lose the opportunity in buying the house we just saw. Caroline listened, understood our situation, then we moved forward in making it happen.
What I really liked about Caroline was, before even listing our home, she listened. She spent hours with us, going through the improvements that we did over the years, the neighborhood, and, most importantly, she listened to us. She understood what challenges we may face, and gave us the feeling we were in good hands.
Through the process, there were numerous ups and downs. No way around it, buying and selling a home is stressful. Its exciting at times, and then a day later, everything can change. However, Caroline was great with checking in all the time through the process, and letting us know what to expect. When things were with financing, closing attorneys, or when the moving truck was being loaded up, Caroline was always calling, texting, checking in, giving us status on what was happening, and what to expect, or what to do, next. If something went into a gray area, where she could give the happy, optimistic answer I was hoping for, she showed integrity and was honest. I appreciated that, and feel that her honesty is what helped sell our house so fast and got us in the one we wanted.

Caroline is one of those people you love instantly. She is knowledgeable, hard working, consistent, punctual, and responsive. We were first time home buyers and my husband was a handful. Caroline is a experienced agent compared to the average agent. This was not my first home buying experience, and so I have had interacted with quite a few real estate agents before. Because I am a defensive shopper, I had been shopping around for 6 months at least before I had finally decided what I wanted to buy. She was extremely patient with me during all those months. She did not push into buying or anything like that, and she did not give up on me. This is quite rare nowadays. Another important thing is that Caroline is quite resourceful in terms of finding the time for you or working around your schedule. Also, she is a landlord herself, and this makes her capable of providing valuable insights about the property in question or and noticing small little details that you might overlook at the time of viewing. She has a sharp eye. I always felt that she was taking my home buying personally as if she was buying herself. She would always indicate if she was comfortable or not with my choice of the property. If she felt that I was wrong she would tell me that right away.All in all, I had a great experience. To summarize, I would highly recommend her to any home buyer. 2014

When we met Carolina, we have immediately felt comfortable and knew we found the Agent that will assist and help us find our home. She is funny, professional, never give any pressure to sign any document you are not comfortable yet or has not development a complete understanding of it, but she is there all the time to assure you that she is with you all the way. n nIf I have to put my review in one word, I will say she is trustworthy.
